At Klapthor's Universal Robots, our droids are the work force that makes all our research possible.  These tireless little laborers are programmed with very specific functions to assist both humans and robots alike.  Our work would screech to a halt without these helpful handibots.
Our CompanyDroid design has been quite an interesting result of social programming.  While originally meant to keep other robots actively engaged, its social batteries have proven to run low fairly quickly, and will instead opt to spend time alone, doing low-energy activities that it enjoys.  It thusly recharges its social batteries, and is then ready to depleted them again at another brief engagement!
When a CompanyDroid is on earth, it enjoys sitting shyly and quietly doing its task...keeping you company.  Handmade from wheelthrown earthenware clay, this sculpture is 9 inches tall and weights about 2 and a half pounds.
